1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or submitting an enrolment enquiry, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or enrol in our programmes.

3. Service Description

Glenmark provides structured educational programmes focused on household reserve and emergency fund concepts. Our programmes are delivered in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. We are an education provider only; we do not provide regulated financial advice, sell financial products, or act as a licensed financial adviser. Programme content is for general educational purposes and does not constitute personal financial advice.

Programme availability is subject to intake scheduling. Glenmark reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to insufficient enrolment or circumstances beyond our control, in which case registered participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of fees paid.

4. Enrolment & Registration

Enrolment in a Glenmark programme is confirmed upon receipt of the applicable programme fee. Places are allocated on a first-confirmed basis. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and personal information during the registration process.

5. User Responsibilities

As a participant or website user, you agree to:

6. Intellectual Property

All programme materials, workbooks, readers, website content, and associated intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Glenmark. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use programme materials for your own educational purposes during the duration of your participation. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, or publicly display any programme content without prior written consent from Glenmark.

7. Fees & Payment

7.1 Programme Fees

All fees are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of materials. Payment methods will be communicated at the time of enrolment confirmation.

7.2 Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the programme start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 7–14 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund. Participants who are unable to attend may request a transfer to a future intake, subject to availability, if notified at least 7 days in advance.

8. Disclaimers

Glenmark's programmes are provided for general educational purposes only. We do not make any representations that programme content will result in any specific financial outcome for any participant. All information provided is conceptual in nature and should not be construed as individual financial advice. Participants are encouraged to consult licensed financial advisers before making specific financial decisions. Glenmark is not a licensed financial adviser and does not hold any licence to provide regulated financial services in Malaysia.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Glenmark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in our programmes or use of our website. Our total liability to any participant shall not exceed the programme fee paid by that participant. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Glenmark harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of programme content or materials.

11. Termination

Glenmark may remove a participant from a programme without refund if the participant's conduct materially disrupts sessions or violates these Terms. Participants may withdraw from a programme subject to the refund policy in Section 7.2. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful within 30 days, disputes may be referred to mediation through an appropriate Malaysian mediation body before litigation is commenced. The courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.

13. General Provisions

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or participation in a programme after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
