Three Programmes, One Purpose
Each Glenmark programme is built for a different level of depth and a different household situation — from a focused one-day introduction to a 10-week structured cohort.
Back to HomeOur Educational Approach
Every Glenmark programme shares the same underlying philosophy, regardless of format or duration.
Concepts Before Planning
We cover core reserve concepts before any personal planning discussion. Participants who understand the 'why' make better use of the planning frameworks.
Discussion, Not Lecture
Sessions are structured around facilitated discussion rather than one-way information delivery. Participants engage with material through their own household context.
Pointing Outward, Not Inward
Our programmes conclude by orienting participants toward licensed advisers for specific recommendations — we teach the knowledge needed to have that conversation well.
The Quiet Reservoir Workshop
A focused, one-day workshop that covers the broad concept of household reserves — why many households choose to hold a buffer, common rules of thumb discussed in financial literacy literature, how to think about pacing reserve-building over many months, and how to evaluate simple holding options at a conceptual level. The session is entirely educational; no product recommendations are made.
- Introduction to household reserve concepts
- Common rules of thumb and how they vary by household type
- How to think about pacing accumulation over time
- Overview of holding-place categories (conceptual level only)
- Q&A with facilitator in small group setting

One full day (approx. 8 hours)
